The Dual Instructor Course is the perfect course in which you can qualify as both Ski and Snowboard Instructor in a short period giving you the edge over other instructors in the industry by making you available to teach both disciplines of snow sports over the season - a valuable asset to any ski school.

The Dual Course is suited to either, snowboarders wishing to qualify as a Snowboard Instructor but are aware of the reluctance from ski school’s to employ solo snowboard qualified instructors, and wish to secure employment. Or, this course can be perfect for seasoned skiers who would like to learn to teach as a Snowboard Instructor too with a Dual Qualification.

How does it work?

The movements required in both snowboarding and skiing are very similar and as a result it is not too difficult to strengthen up the weaker of the two, as a result we can bring you up to the level required in a relatively short period of time.

We pride ourselves on the fact that your weeks are filled with intense tuition, benefiting from 25 hours per week On-snow Practical Training Sessions plus HD Video Analysis, Ski Sports Theory, Avalanche Awareness Training and the fantastic German Language Kick Off Camp to give you the perfect foundation to help you speak German.

Its not all work and no play though! When the weekend comes around you will be glad to be able to enjoy your beautiful surroundings, be it on the mountain (lift pass also valid on weekends) or in the valley. You can also enjoy the fantastic night life and extra activities such as sky diving and tobogganing. Not only will you gain one of the most worldwide recognised and respected qualifications, you are also making a worthwhile investment as the qualification lasts indefinitely. Most importantly, we are able to offer you a guaranteed paid ski instructor job in a top Austrian ski school once you have completed your training, this is unique to Ski Instructor Academy
